NGS is a privately owned church for Solitary Practitioners. It was founded in 2004 and is located in Marietta, Georgia. It operates and is guided by the following Mission Statement.
Our mission is to provide a place that is open to solitaries of all traditions to learn and celebrate together. We provide this place in an open environment that lifts the veil of secrecy for those in our lives that are not Pagan and allows them to see what we are about in hopes of removing the ignorance that breeds fear so that one day we may all practice as openly as others are allowed to practice their faith.
We offer open rituals at Sabbats and an online school with a degree program for the Eclectic Solitary Witch, have ordained clergy that can perform legal ceremonies when needed and an online community yahoo group. As we are all Solitaries, many of us don't get the chance to be with other like-minded people. NGS was started to give solitaries a place to meet other Pagans and share ideas and share our most sacred days.
You can currently find the schedule and details on upcoming rituals on our Yahoo Group. We have the dates posted in our calendar section and details are posted for the current ritual in the message section. We ask that you sign up in the database if you plan on attending.
